Mission Trip
Join us from June 28-July 2 for a 4-night local mission trip experience, immediately following our missions training which is June 25-27.
We will stay at a local AirBnb and engage in different daily service trips so students can discover their gifts, explore local organizations, and hopefully decide to commit to serving somewhere.
Our schedule is:
Sunday, June 29 - serving lunch at North Reformed Church in Newark, NJ
Monday, June 30 - Serving lunch at Oasis in Paterson, NJ
Tuesday, July 1 - Helping at Lighthouse Pregnancy Center in Hawthorne, NJ
Some afternoons will also include doing yardwork for our elderly congregants or leading childcare services for young families.
Total cost = $175 (This includes meals and transportation. Our fundraising covered the lodging.)
