Christmas Eve Worship
We can’t wait to celebrate Christmas with you! All of our Christmas Eve services are listed below with brief descriptions so you know what you’re in for:
12:00PM - Our Travelers’ Service is a shorter Christmas Eve service held midday for those traveling or otherwise unavailable in the evening. We’ll hear the Christmas story through a series of readings and sing some of our best Christmas carols to mark the birth of our Lord Jesus.
5:00PM - A Family Christmas Eve service planned for all ages, with an eye specifically toward children. Family Ministries Director Sara Christie is planning this service, which has plenty of space for even our littlest kids to step into the Christmas Story and worship Jesus.
9:00PM - This will be our typical Candlelight Christmas Eve service. We’ll hear the Christmas story of light dawning in darkness, sing Christmas carols, and do our best to take in the wonder of God’s love in human form.
As you make your plans to celebrate Christmas, we hope you’ll join us for worship. We also hope that you’ll take some time to think about who you can invite to join you here on Christmas Eve. Maybe it’s a family member, a friend, neighbor, or co-worker. Who do you know that needs to hear about the Light of the World? Who needs a place to belong? Invite them to join you this Christmas Eve!
